RSA Conference Abu Dhabi: A Preview

The RSA Conference returns to Abu Dhabi in November, and event organizers Linda Gray Martin and Britta Glade say this year's agenda is packed with new speakers and topics unique to this growing annual event.

"This is our third RSA Conference in Abu Dhabi ... and we've definitely seen some good momentum," says Gray Martin, general manager of RSA Conferences. "We have around 30 track sessions over two days, divided among five tracks: cybercrime and threats; lloud, IoT and 'smart city' security; analytics and incident response; and security strategy, infrastructure and operations. And we also have some special sessions presented by our sponsors."

In an interview about RSA Conference 2017 Abu Dhabi, Gray Martin and Glade discuss:

  • What to expect from this year's event;
  • What distinguishes the Abu Dhabi event from other RSA conferences;
  • How to maximize your time at the two-day event.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Martin is the general manager for all RSA conferences, which take place annually in the U.S., the Asia Pacific and Japan region and the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Glade is director of content and curation for RSA Conferences. She has been in the learning and security sector for 23 years. She previously headed analyst relations for RSA and in 2014 was recognized as one of the top 10 analyst relations professionals by the Institute of Analyst Relations Professionals.
